We are looking for German- and Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a remote, multilingual team based in Turkey.

What Youll Do:

  • Support customers via calls and messages
  • Handle account, payment, service inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Follow procedures and escalate when needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German or Dutch
  • English B1B2
  • Based in Turkey, able to work remotely
  • Customer-focused, ready to start within 2 days
