Greek Speakers Wanted – Customer Service & Content Moderator Roles in Lisbon (Accommodation + Signing Bonus)

We are currently hiring Greek-speaking professionals for two exciting on-site opportunities in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great chance to build an international career while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

Both roles include company-arranged accommodation (private room) and a €1,500 signing bonus.

1. Customer Service Advisor – Greek + English

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Training Start Date: April 30, 2026

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday – 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts) 2 rotating days off per week

At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the schedule may change to a 24/7 rotating shift model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support related to e-commerce products and services
  • Assist customers via written and verbal communication channels
  • Handle inquiries during high-volume promotional periods
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

Requirements

  • Fluent Greek and good English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Empathy and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Content Moderator – Greek + English

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Working Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts – Monday to Sunday 2 rotating days off per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content according to platform policies
  • Identify and take action on content that violates guidelines
  • Maintain quality and consistency while managing high volumes of content

Requirements

  • Fluent Greek and good English
  • Strong moderation and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments
  • Ability to handle high queue volumes during peak periods

Salary & Benefits (Both Roles)

  • €920 x14 months
  • €45 x11 monthly bonus
  • Meal allowance
  • Night and weekend shift bonuses
  • €1,500 signing bonus
  • Company-provided accommodation (private room)
