Position: Multilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and multilingual individuals to join our team at VelenosiMeredith in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills in Dutch, German, Portuguese, or French while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and efficient assistance with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-first mindset - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain and update customer records in our database

Requirements: - Fluency in Dutch, German, Portuguese, or French (both written and verbal) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Prior customer service experience is a plus
