Are you fluent in Italian and English and ready to work in sunny Lisbon, Portugal? Join an international team providing technical support for top domestic appliance brands!

What We Offer

  • Work Location: 100% On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Perks: Daily food allowance + performance bonus
  • Schedule: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Mon–Sat, rotational day off + Sundays off)

What You'll Do

  • Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
  • Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems

What You Need

  • Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability
  • Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
  • Start Date : 24th Sep, 2026
