Functieomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar native Nederlandse sprekers (C1–C2, zonder Vlaams accent) met minimaal B2 Engels om een internationaal klantenserviceteam in Sofia te versterken.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat Vragen en problemen van Nederlandstalige klanten oplossen Zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid Interacties registreren in interne systemen Werken volgens bedrijfsprocedures en kwaliteitsnormen

Vereisten

Nederlands (C1–C2, near-native, geen Vlaams accent) Engels minimaal B2 Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Basis computerkennis

EU-burgerschap Geldige verblijfsvergunning (minimaal 1 jaar) Vluchtelingenstatus

Salaris

€2045 bruto per maand (x12) + €100 bonus €800 welkomstbonus
