Responsabilités :

  • Contacter des clients potentiels par téléphone pour présenter nos produits et services.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier avec les clients pour répondre à leurs questions et besoins.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés.
  • Collaborer avec léquipe pour améliorer les processus et partager les meilleures pratiques.
  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et dynamique.

Qualifications :

  • Maitrise parfaite de la langue française
  • Expérience préalable en télévente ou dans un poste similaire est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en persuasion.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Motivation et sens du service client.
