RESPONSABILE DELLA PROGETTAZIONE

Riportando alla Direzione, la persona ricercata si occuperà della gestione del team di progettazione.

Responsabilità

  • Coordinare l'attività di progettazione garantendo la conformità strutturale dei nuovi prodotti;
  • Gestire in prima persona l'analisi strutturale e l'individuazione delle corrette soluzioni in fase di sviluppo;
  • Collaborare con altre aree aziendali per sviluppare soluzioni innovative e migliorare i prodotti esistenti;
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità nel processo di progettazione;
  • Motivare il team tecnico, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato ai risultati;
  • Monitorare e valutare le prestazioni fornendo un feedback costruttivo per lo sviluppo professionale;

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o discipline equivalenti;
  • Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in progettazione e analisi strutturale, preferibilmente nel settore automotive;
  • Ottima padronanza analisi FEM;
  • Conoscenza pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint);
  • Conoscenza materiali quali plastica, metalli e tessuti (caratteristiche, utilizzo, realizzazione di manufatti);
  • Ottime competenze comunicative e interpersonali;
  • Buone capacità di leadership, gestione e motivazione dei team;
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente;
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle normative di sicurezza e qualità del settore automotive;
  • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese;
  • Gradita conoscenza dei metodi di acquisizione dati e utilizzo di sensori (estensimetri, accelerometri, celle di carico);
  • Gradita conoscenza Software di progettazione Solidworks, PDM;
