The posting

We are hiring tech-savvy professionals already based in Spain for full-remote technical customer support roles, specializing in cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions. This is a great opportunity to join an international team under a permanent Spanish contract.

Position Details:

  • Language requirements: Fluent in one of the following Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1-C2
  • Contract type: Permanent (contrato indefinido)
  • Work model: 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)
  • Field: Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
  • Training: Fully paid

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phone
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements
  • Create and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQs
