Over Veloretti

Veloretti is een design-led lifestylemerk uit Amsterdam, ontstaan vanuit een heldere visie op hoe mensen zich door de stad bewegen. We ontwerpen fietsen en e-bikes die passen bij het moderne stadsleven: functioneel, doordacht en met veel aandacht voor design, detail en gebruik. Het product staat centraal, maar het merk gaat verder dan mobiliteit alleen. Veloretti beweegt zich op het snijvlak van design, lifestyle en stedelijke cultuur.

Sinds 2022 horen we bij Pon.Bike. Met het oog op onze groei bouwen we aan de teams en cultuur voor de volgende fase van Veloretti.

De rol

Als Product Owner Core Systems ben je verantwoordelijk voor de belangrijkste business- en operations-applicaties zoals het ERP-systeem en het Dealer Portal. Je combineert in deze functie de strategische doorontwikkeling met het dagelijkse management van de applicaties. Dankzij je hands-on ervaring in de applicaties en je goede analytische vaardigheden vertaal je de business behoefte naar goede oplossingen die onze externe development partners kunnen realiseren.

Wat je doet

  • Beheer en prioriteer de backlog: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de backlog van het ERP-systeem, het Dealer Portal en aangrenzende integraties en applicaties. Je vindt daarbij de balans tussen business value, technische haalbaarheid, effort en toekomstvastheid.
  • Vertaal businessbehoeften naar oplossingen: Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders en vertaalt functionele wensen naar een goed solution design en user stories. Je adviseert bovendien over verbeteringen in processen en IT-architectuur.
  • Operationeel applicatiebeheer: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor het dagelijks beheer van de toegewezen core applicaties. Je faciliteert de operatie door processen optimaal te configureren, gebruikersomgevingen te beheren en applicatie-issues effectief op te lossen.
  • Stuur externe ontwikkelpartners aan: Je leidt de samenwerking met onze IT-leveranciers om met het beschikbare budget de backlog zo efficiënt mogelijk te prioriteren
  • Werk projectmatig en gestructureerd: Je analyseert de operationele- en business processen van je interne klant, brengt risico's in kaart en plant zorgvuldig om de voortgang en afhankelijkheden te coördineren.

Wie we zoeken

We zoeken een analytisch sterke professional die zich net zo comfortabel voelt bij strategische procesarchitectuur als bij hands-on systeemconfiguratie. Je bezit de rust en het overzicht om complexe IT-vraagstukken te doorgronden, die goed uitgewerkt bij de externe development teams te beleggen en hebt de daadkracht om oplossingen zelfstandig te implementeren. Je bent communicatief sterk en daagt de business constructief uit om tot een goede oplossing te komen.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner, Business Analyst of Applicatiemanager, bij voorkeur binnen een e-commerce of multichannel consumentenmerk.
  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau met een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en de bijbehorende processen en integraties; kennis van Odoo is een sterke pré.
  • Ervaring met het runnen van e-commerce backend-platformen, specifiek gericht op de inrichting en configuratie van processen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en/of Engels.
  • Ervaring met agile werken of relevante projectmanagement-certificeringen zijn een pré.
