Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar em nossas obras de saneamento básico, acompanhando as atividades operacionais, prevenindo acidentes e garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e procedimentos internos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar as frentes de obras, identificando riscos e orientando os colaboradores sobre práticas seguras e uso correto de EPIs e EPCs.Realizar DDS, inspeções de segurança, checklists operacionais e acompanhamento de permissões de trabalho.Monitorar atividades de risco, como escavações, escoramento de valas, movimentação de cargas, operação de máquinas e trabalhos em vias públicas.Controlar a distribuição de EPIs, verificar documentações e treinamentos obrigatórios e acompanhar as condições de segurança dos equipamentos e ambientes de trabalho.Apoiar a elaboração e o acompanhamento de programas de segurança, investigações de acidentes, emissão de CAT, ações da CIPA, SIPAT e campanhas preventivas.Organizar treinamentos e integrações de segurança para os colaboradores.Elaborar relatórios, manter registros atualizados e atender auditorias, fiscalizações e solicitações do cliente.Inspecionar as áreas de vivência, os recursos de emergência e as condições de higiene, organização e sinalização das frentes de serviço.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio completo e formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho.Experiência de 3 a 4 anos na área, preferencialmente em obras de construção civil, infraestrutura ou saneamento básico.Conhecimento em legislação de Segurança do Trabalho e normas regulamentadoras, especialmente NR-5, NR-6, NR-7, NR-11, NR-12, NR-15, NR-17, NR-18, NR-33 e NR-35.Conhecimento em EPIs e EPCs, identificação de riscos ocupacionais, prevenção de acidentes e procedimentos de segurança em obras.Conhecimento do Pacote Office e familiaridade com sistemas e aplicativos para registros e controles.
