  • Supporting data retention, archival, recovery, destruction, defensible deletion, legal hold preservation, and data disposition processes across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Assisting Information Security with investigations, audits, access reviews, and risk remediation efforts and supporting controls that protect confidential, client, attorney, business, and regulated data.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate recurring governance, audit, reporting, access review, and compliance activities.
  • Providing senior-level support for data management, governance, access, retention, search, and compliance issues; troubleshooting data access, migration, integration, search, and permissions challenges; and serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate...

  • A minimum of four years of experience in enterprise data management, information governance, Microsoft 365 administration, data governance, compliance, records management, cybersecurity, or related IT roles.
  • Experience supporting or managing cloud and SaaS data platforms, with strong experience in Microsoft 365 services, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra.
  • Experience with Varonis or similar data security posture, permissions analysis, or data access governance platforms.
  • Experience with data governance, retention, classification, eDiscovery, legal hold, data lifecycle management, and compliance practices, as well as helping organizations transition from on-premises data management practices to cloud-first governance models.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, along with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project, time management, and organizational skills. Experience supporting regulated or professional services environments is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
