JOB SUMMARY

The candidate is expected to lead the tasks like (1) Maintaining close contact with current clients and understanding their evolving needs, and developing new clients across Japan, (2) Updating and understanding latest relevant regulation, power industry movement (service provider, competitor, end customer etc.), (3) Professional discussion and commercial negotiation with service providers and clients, (4) Internal Approval Request process to acquire IC approval on leading projects. The role requires the development of an understanding and benchmarking of the clients’ needs, summarizing points in explanation material and providing feedback to both the team and the clients on practical and feasible offtake structures, the associated advantages and disadvantages and the impact to the bottom line of all parties.

日本の電力市場自由化に加え、再生可能エネルギー事業のFITからFIPへの移行、企業や自治体の脱炭素に向けた取組進展は、弊社のような独立系再生可能エネルギー事業者の投資環境に大きな変化をもたらしました。

新事業開発部は、様々な技術(太陽光、風力、蓄電、それらの組合せ等)の新規案件創出や新たな機能(インバランス管理、電力トレーディング、電力小売等)獲得に向けた検討全般を担います。パートナーや顧客企業との関係構築(電力小売・アグリゲーター、コーポレートPPA・蓄電トーリング顧客等)を行い、これら新規案件創出や新機能獲得を行うことで弊社の既存ポートフォリオにも追加収益をもたらします。

候補者は、①既存顧客との関係深化・新規顧客開発、②最新の関連規制・電力業界動向(含む協業・競合先動向)の理解・社内共有、③パートナーや顧客との商務交渉、④社内承認取得などのタスクを主導することが期待されています。発電から小売までの電力業界構造、規制、電力市場の仕組について深く理解し、社内外メンバーと良好な関係を構築出来る方が望ましいです。

業務内容 ・コーポレートPPA / 蓄電トーリング顧客開発・管理：様々な地域における潜在顧客開発・関係維持/構築協議資料作成・管理

・コーポレートPPA / 蓄電トーリング顧客との商務交渉：潜在顧客ニーズを深く理解した上で商務交渉を主導 、案件概要やRFP等の必要資料作成・管理

・外部委託先開発・管理 (インバランス、小売) ：電力小売、アグリゲーターとの関係構築

・社内承認プロセス主導 ：承認取得までのスケジュール作成・管理・社内外関係者主導

・関連規制、業界動向把握 ：最新の電力市場関連規制(含む補助金)、電力業界動向の把握

・新事業検討・管理 ：社内関連部門(INV、Dev、EPC、TS、OMチーム)や外部委託先を主導 (具体例：既設太陽光+蓄電併設、インバランス管理、電力小売などの経済性・リスク検証、経営陣への報告・相談)

・知見共有 ：専門知識の社内関係者への共有
