We are excited to announce the opportunity for the position of the Coach within our organization. This role is perfect for a passionate and experienced professional who wants to support team growth, enhance business performance, and drive strategic initiatives.

You are the right candidate if you have: • Previous experience as a prospector or buyer;

•At least 12 months of seniority within the company; • Strong commercial background and negotiation skills; • Advanced English level (B2–C1) and Italian and solid MS Office knowledge; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • Proactive and well-organized, able to work independently; • Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams; • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%).
