Technicien Support Systèmes et Réseaux (H/F)

Lieu : Tunis, Tunisie Mode de travail : Sur site Contrat : CDD

Veo Worldwide est un fournisseur de services B2B, implanté en Europe, qui compte 20 ans d'activité. Nous recherchons constamment des solutions pour aider les propriétaires d'entreprises à capitaliser sur leurs stocks invendus (fins de séries, produits à date courte, commandes annulées) et à devenir efficaces.

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support Systèmes et Réseaux pour renforcer notre équipe informatique à Tunis.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support technique de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs (matériel et logiciel).
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et les périphériques informatiques.
  • Assurer l’administration de premier niveau des serveurs Windows.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseau.
  • Enregistrer et suivre les incidents dans l’outil de gestion du support (GLPI).
  • Assurer le suivi du parc informatique et la mise à jour de l’inventaire.
  • Contrôler la disponibilité des applications et des équipements informatiques.
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes systèmes et réseaux si nécessaire.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable hiérarchique.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en informatique (licence ou équivalent).
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows, du matériel informatique et des réseaux.
  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.
  • La connaissance de GLPI constitue un atout.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’analyse.
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et capacité à gérer les priorités.
