Propósito del Rol

Monitorear y analizar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y los Acuerdos de Desempeño de Servicio (ADS) del Centro de Servicios Compartidos, identificando oportunidades de mejora que permitan optimizar procesos, reducir costos y elevar la calidad del servicio. Asimismo, apoyar la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos y de gestión del cambio mediante análisis de valor que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones y al fortalecimiento de la efectividad operativa.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Definir, actualizar y realizar seguimiento a los indicadores de desempeño del CSC.

• Monitorear y analizar el cumplimiento de KPIs y ADS para evaluar la eficiencia operativa.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer acciones correctivas o preventivas orientadas a la optimización de procesos.

• Participar en iniciativas de transformación, automatización y mejora continua.

• Elaborar informes y análisis que respalden la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos.

• Apoyar proyectos de gestión del cambio, documentación de procesos y seguimiento a planes de acción.

Requisitos y Competencias Clave

Formación

• Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Estadística o carreras afines.

Experiencia

• Mínimo 2 años en cargos relacionados con análisis de procesos, medición de KPIs, gestión por resultados, mejora continua o apoyo en proyectos estratégicos.

Deseable manejo de plataformas: Latis, ProcessMaker, Lookerstudio, Appsheet, IA y/o Bigquery

Formación Complementaria (Deseable)

• Análisis de datos.

• Gestión de proyectos.

• Inteligencia de negocios.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Gestión y seguimiento de indicadores (KPIs).

• Análisis de datos y elaboración de informes ejecutivos.
