Description du poste

Les principales missions du poste sont les suivantes :

  • Appuyer les responsables juridiques de l’équipe dans la gestion de leur charge de travail
  • Conseiller nos interlocuteurs, en particulier les acheteurs de la DAG et contract managers de l’IT, dès la conception des appels d’offres/le lancement du projet
  • Négocier en autonomie des contrats d’achat IT et non IT (achats directs)
  • Négocier des baux commerciaux
  • Traiter les sujets liés à la protection des données, à l’IA et aux data

Qualifications

  • Juriste avec minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le droit des contrats avec une dominante achats
  • Connaissance des contrats IT + connaissance des NTIC
  • Connaissance RGPD/Loi informatique et libertés
  • Maîtrise orale et écrite français et anglais
  • Diplômé d’un master 2 ou équivalent
  • Très bonne capacité rédactionnelle attendue
  • Qualités d’adaptation, d’écoute et de conseil
  • Sens de l’équipe, du service et du client interne
