Description du poste

Au sein du Service Consommateurs, vous aurez pour mission principale d’assurer la relation avec les consommateurs en leur fournissant les réponses et conseils adaptés à leurs attentes dans le respect des engagements et de la qualité de service attendue.

Vos missions :

Relation consommateurs

  • Gérer les différents contacts avec les consommateurs quel que soit le canal utilisé (physique, courriers, téléphone, web, email, etc) et les conseiller commercialement.
  • Prendre en compte les besoins des consommateurs et traiter leurs demandes sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie et du parcours consommateurs, mettre à jour les modalités de paiement.
  • Traiter la demande de renseignements administratifs ou techniques (facture, travaux, paiement, relevé et consommations, qualité de l’eau, etc)
  • Enregistrer les demandes de branchement neuf et réaliser la souscription ou la réalisation des abonnements
  • Traiter les réclamations consommateurs , signaler les incidents ou anomalies détectés.

Vous contribuez également à la gestion de la facturation de différents contrats et traitez les anomalies de relève.

Vous participez au recouvrement et à la gestion des impayés en assurant notamment la gestion humaine des dossiers des consommateurs ayant des difficultés financières.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous assurez l'accueil de l'agence et aiguillerez le personnel ou les interlocuteurs externes venant sur le site.

Qualifications

De niveau Bac+2 , vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans la relation clientèle physique.

Il est nécessaire que vous maîtrisiez la langue française orale ainsi que sa syntaxe et son orthographe.

La détention du permis B est nécessaire du fait des déplacements, notamment sur l'agence de Draguignan.

Naturellement vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique en général.

Nous recherchons une personne qui sait faire preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, qui a le goût pour le travail en équipe et qui sait gérer des situations qui peuvent parfois être stressantes et difficiles.

Informations supplémentaires

Veolia vous propose un package de rémunération incluant notamment une participation à la mutuelle, les tickets restaurants, l'intéressement et la participation, l'accès à des œuvres sociales.

Une rémunération de base de 27 000€ bruts annuels est proposée, selon votre profil.

Le poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents sur l'ensemble du service Terres du Var, notamment lors de remplacements sur le site de Draguignan, et ponctuellement sur l'agglomération toulonnaise.
