Descripción del empleo

Objetivo del cargo: Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes estratégicos, liderar procesos de negociación comercial de alto nivel, cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de la organización mediante el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

  1. Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes en el segmento industrial, comercial e institucional
  2. Realizar visitas comerciales y presentaciones técnicas de servicios de gestión de residuos
  3. Elaborar cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales personalizadas
  4. Negociar contratos de prestación de servicios de recolección, transporte, tratamiento y disposición final de residuos
  5. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y oportunidades en el CRM
  6. Participar en licitaciones públicas y privadas
  7. Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia
  8. Coordinar con el área técnica la viabilidad operativa de las propuestas comerciales
  9. Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de contratos y facturación
  10. Reportar avances comerciales y proyecciones de ventas

Requisitos

Formación Académica y Conocimientos

  • Título Profesional: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o disciplinas afines.
  • Estudios de Posgrado o Complementarios: Especialización o diplomados en Gestión Comercial, Ventas Consultivas, Negociación, Gestión Ambiental, Gestión Integral de Residuos o áreas equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos Clave: Dominio de la normativa ambiental y legislación en materia de residuos, además del manejo de herramientas CRM.

Experiencia Requerida

  • Experiencia Comercial: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años desempeñándose en funciones comerciales.
  • Nivel Senior y Cuentas Clave: Al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles senior o en la gestión de cuentas estratégicas.
  • Negociación Corporativa: Experiencia demostrable en negociación con clientes corporativos e industriales.
  • Experiencia Sectorial (Deseable): Trayectoria específica en el sector ambiental, gestión de residuos o prestación de servicios B2B.
