Description du poste

Notre usine Arc En Ciel 2034 située à Couëron est un site industriel multi-activités qui intègre une unité d'incinération d'ordures ménagères, un centre de tri ainsi qu'une unité de production de combustibles solides de récupération, contribuant à la valorisation énergétique par la production de vapeur, d'électricité et d'alimentation d'un réseau de chaleur urbain.

Nous recrutons un Electromécanicien F/H pour rejoindre l'équipe. Vous intervenez à la fois sur l'UVE (70%) et sur le centre de tri (30%), et vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Maintenance préventive et curative (pont roulant avec grappin, trémies, fours, chaudières, turbine, convoyeurs...) : Interventions mécaniques : changement de roulements, alignement, intervention sur les pompes, garnitures et diagnostic de pannes mécaniques. Interventions électriques : câblage de moteurs (couplage étoile/triangle), diagnostic de pannes à l'aide d'instruments de mesure, remplacement et paramétrage de variateurs.
  • Documentation et suivi : rédiger les rapports d'intervention et renseigner la GMAO
  • Diagnostic et amélioration : informer la hiérarchie de l'état des équipements et proposer des améliorations
  • Astreintes : assurer une astreinte (toutes les 6 semaines) pour les interventions d'urgence
  • Gestion des ressources : utiliser et stocker correctement les produits de maintenance
  • Coordination et communication : assurer l'interface avec l'exploitation et respecter les délais
  • Environnement de travail : maintenir la propreté de sa zone et de ses équipements
  • Conformité : respecter les normes d'hygiène, sécurité et conditions de travail

Qualifications

  • Formation à partir du BTS en électromécanique ou maintenance industrielle
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en maintenance d'équipements industriels, avec une première expérience idéalement en industrie lourde
  • Capacité à travailler en milieu confiné et en hauteur
  • Appétence pour les sujets variés : électricité, mécanique, hydraulique, vapeur, pneumatique...
  • Esprit curieux
  • Permis B indispensable
