Descrizione del lavoro

La risorsa entrerà nel team degli uffici di Roncoferraro e risponderà direttamente al Contract Manager, collaborando con lo stesso e con i suoi diretti riporti.

La ricerca è rivolta con carattere di priorità ai candidati iscritti alle liste del Collocamento Mirato (L. 68/99)

Principali attività:

  • Inserimento richieste di acquisto sul portale aziendale , invio ordini ai fornitori e consuntivazioni degli stessi, verifiche fatturazione in blocco e contatti con i fornitori .
  • Elaborazione costi budget commessa
  • Collaborazione con il capo sito per le richiesta merce e tempistiche di arrivo, nonché per le rendicontazione delle attività svoltesi
  • Collaborazione con l’area finanziaria per le scritture contabili relative gli ordini consuntivati.

Qualifiche

  • Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi software Windows in particolare Excel
  • Buona conoscenza dei metodi economici delle scritture contabili: (risconti, accantonamenti, partita doppia, giroconti ect) e buona capacità nell’elaborazione dei dati
  • Buona capacità relazionale sia in attività lavorative di team interno che con i fornitori esterni
  • Buona capacità di stabilire le priorità lavorative avendo un organizzazione del lavoro ben gestita e schedulata
  • Diploma e/o Laurea in materie economiche
  • Esperienza : dai 2 ai 5 anni

  • Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato - part time (30 ore settimanali)
  • Range retributivo annuale tra € 25.000 e € 27.000 in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata
