Démarrage : octobre 2026 Service Industrialisation – Bancs de test électroniques Niveau préparé : Master/Ingénieur (Bac+5 sur 2 ans)

Lieu : St Etienne du Rouvray (proche Rouen) - 76

Cette alternance s’inscrit au sein d’une équipe d’ingénieurs banc de test, rattachée au service Industrialisation. L’activité principale du service consiste à mettre en place des bancs de test destinés à des cartes et produits électroniques de sécurité automobile.

Dans ce contexte très technique, vos principaux axes de travail porteront sur :

  • la mise à jour des logiciels de calcul de capabilité (CPK) et de R&R (MSA),
  • le déploiement d’améliorations logicielles sur les flasheurs utilisés en usine.

Vos missions

  • Industrialisation des moyens de test en collaboration avec l’ingénieur test
  • Intégration de nouvelles versions produit sur les moyens de test existants
  • Développement de séquences de test via NI TestStand
  • Développement de DLL via LabWindows / CVI
  • Participation aux validations des moyens de test
  • Réalisation et validation des études (MSA, Capabilité, R&R)
  • Rédaction des rapports de validation

Votre profil

Formation

  • Étudiant(e) en Master Informatique, Électronique, Systèmes embarqués ou équivalent, sur 2 ans

Compétences académiques et techniques

  • Bases solides en électronique & informatique industrielle
  • Intérêt marqué pour le développement logiciel appliqué au test, l’industrialisation de moyens, la qualité et la fiabilité des mesures
  • Connaissances ou notions en statistiques industrielles, MSA/ R&R

Outils et environnements

  • Environnement National Instruments
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques

Savoir‑être attendu

  • Rigueur technique et méthodologique
  • Autonomie et esprit d’initiative
  • Capacité d’analyse et de diagnostic
