Dans un contexte de renforcement des exigences du Groupe et de développement de nouveaux indicateurs de pilotage, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour accompagner l'équipe Qualité Clients dans l'analyse des données qualité, l'amélioration des reportings et le suivi des retours clients et garantis.

Accompagné(e) par l'équipe Qualité Client, vous contribuerez à plusieurs projets d'amélioration et de pilotage de la performance qualité :

  • Amélioration des reportings qualité

Analyser les reportings qualité mensuels existants.

Identifier des pistes d'amélioration et de fiabilisation des données.

Participer au développement et à l'optimisation des outils de reporting en lien avec la nouvelle base de réclamations du Groupe.

Collaborer avec les équipes IT et les développeurs des outils afin de mettre en œuvre les évolutions nécessaires.

  • Suivi des retours garantis

Développer et mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi des retours garantis.

Créer et faire évoluer les reportings associés.

Participer à l'analyse et au suivi des coûts liés aux garanties.

Contribuer à la mise en place du processus qualité des retours liés au design avec l'équipe Vie Série du bureau d'études de Cergy.

  • Support aux activités Qualité Client

Participer au traitement des retours clients 0 km et garantis.

Contribuer aux analyses qualité et à la résolution de problèmes à travers la méthodologie 8D.

Assurer la formalisation et le suivi des dossiers dans les systèmes internes.

Apporter un support à l'équipe sur différentes activités qualité ne nécessitant pas d'échanges directs avec les clients.

  • Optimisation du charge back fournisseur

Participer à l'analyse des coûts associés.

Identifier et proposer des axes d'amélioration pour notre usine.

Votre profil

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5/6 en école d'ingénieur/ Master/ Mastère avec une spécialisation Qualité, Génie Industriel ou Management de projet.

Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les problématiques qualité et l'analyse de données.

Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'esprit d'initiative.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs.

Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.

Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, en particulier Excel.

Une connaissance de Power BI serait un plus.
