The posting

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Développement/Innovation Airbags au sein de notre bureau d'études de Cergy (95), vous aurez la charge d’une partie du développement hardware de nos produits RCS (Restraint Control Systems).

Vous participez à l’étude de nouveaux concepts, proposez de nouvelles idées pour répondre aux besoins du marché et à l'amélioration des fonctionnalités de nos produits.

Vous tenez compte des aspects liés au respect des exigences des clients, des échéanciers de livraison, des cibles de qualité et des objectifs de fabrication.

Vos missions consisteront à :

  • Analyser les spécifications de nos clients et les standards applicables au projet en développement
  • Effectuer des analyses de pire cas, appliquer la méthode Monte Carlo, évaluer les contraintes thermiques et réaliser des tests sur banc d'essai afin de garantir une réponse fiable aux exigences de qualité et de performance du client et de Veoneer.
  • Préparer la DFMEA sur le produit en cours de développement et procéder aux essais de vérification de cette DFMEA.
  • Travailler avec le CAD Designer pour développer un routage de carte conforme aux exigences de fabrication et respectant les recommandations liées aux contraintes de CEM (laboratoire sur site)
  • Collaborer avec l'ensemble des équipes en ingénierie participant au cycle en V du produit
  • Effectuer des campagnes de conception/débogage et soutenir les activités de développement, de maintenance et d'analyse des défaillances
  • Participer aux revues de conception de l'ECU
  • Concevoir des cartes prototypes si nécessaire pour tester les nouveaux concepts
  • Développer et maintenir toute la documentation requise, telle que les blocs fonctionnels, les schémas électriques, les listes des composantes et les plans de test
  • Participer à l'industrialisation du produit (en interface avec les équipes Industrialisation, Méthodes et Achats) en vous assurant du respect des règles et recommandations de fabrication

Votre profil :

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Master en génie électrique ou électronique, vous justifiez de plus de 3 ans d'expérience en conception de circuits électroniques analogiques/numériques dans le secteur automobile.

Fort(e) de bonnes compétences dans le débogage et le dépannage des cartes électroniques, vous possédez de l’expérience dans la conception de circuits imprimés, les techniques de minimisation des émissions électromagnétique, la simulation de circuit électroniques sous PSpice, etc...

Ce poste nécessite par ailleurs de l’expérience dans la conception d'alimentations à découpage, de convertisseurs DC/DC, dans la mise en œuvre de protocoles de communication automobile tels que CAN, SPI, PSI5, Ethernet, etc.

Vous avez déjà réalisé des simulations et des tests d'intégrité du signal et de l'alimentation.

La lecture de fiches techniques de composants (datasheets) n’a plus de secret pour vous.

Vous savez utiliser des outils logiciels tels que PSpice, MATLAB, IQ-RM, Excel, Word, Altium.

Vous devez impérativement parler couramment français et avoir un très bon niveau en anglais du fait de nos équipes, nos projets et nos clients.

Votre curiosité technique et votre sens du partage de savoirs avec nos experts vous permettront de vous épanouir dans ce poste.
