Finalité de la fonction :

Le chargé de clientèle joue un rôle essentiel auprès des clients (externes et intersites) et contribue activement à leur satisfaction et fidélisation. Il/ elle travaille en parfaite harmonie avec les services supports annexes comme la comptabilité, l’ordonnancement, l’expédition ainsi qu’avec les commerciaux de sa zone géographique.

MISSION METIER

Gestion des demandes commerciales France & Export

o Saisir et traiter les commandes clients dans l’ERP ; o Préparer et suivre les devis ; o Assurer le contrôle exhaustif de la conformité des commandes (conditions commerciales, techniques, incoterms, modalités de paiement) ; o Vérifier la conformité réglementaire de la liasse documentaire export ; o Gérer les relances commerciales ; o Assurer le suivi des délais et des dates de livraison ; o Traiter les commandes bloquées et soldes de commandes ; o Assurer la facturation et son suivi ; o Assurer le suivi des expéditions jusqu’à livraison ;

Administration des ventes & Relation client

o Créer et mettre à jour les fiches clients ; o Gérer les appels entrants et sortants de manière professionnelle ; o Gérer les litiges, le service après-vente et les demandes d’avoirs ; o Appliquer les directives de la Direction (remises, conditions de paiement, transport, gestion du risque client) ; o Être force de proposition dans les négociations clients ; o Participer aux initiatives commerciales déployées par les équipes de vente et par les filiales ; o Effectuer un reporting régulier à sa hiérarchie ;

Conformité réglementaire Europe & Export

o Assurer la mise à jour réglementaire Europe et Export ; o Collecter les éléments servant de preuve lors des expéditions intra-UE et hors UE ; o Assurer la traçabilité et l’archivage des dossiers export ; o Maintenir des contacts réguliers avec les transporteurs, clients et services internes.

Coordination transverse

Assurer une liaison permanente avec : o Équipes commerciales o Production o Logistique / Expédition o Ordonnancement o Comptabilité o SAV o Hotline

o Remplacer ponctuellement les collègues du service client si nécessaire.

PROFIL DU TITULAIRE DU POSTE

Formation initiale et/ou expérience

o BTS / DUT / Bac +2/3 en Commerce International ou Logistique o Expérience significative en Service Client International o Connaissance des formalités export et incoterms o Anglais indispensable o Seconde langue appréciée o Maîtrise ERP

Savoir Faire

o Gestion complète du cycle commande export o Gestion des priorités et des urgences o Analyse et résolution de litiges
