Finalité du poste :

Piloter et développer la stratégie commerciale globale pour l’activité pompes de relevage de condensat. Assurer la croissance durable du chiffre d’affaires, structurer le réseau international, animer les directeurs de filiales et garantir l’alignement commercial avec la stratégie de la Business Unit.

Ce que vous serez amené à effectuer :

Développement commercial international o Définir, piloter et exécuter la stratégie commerciale mondiale ; o Développer le chiffre d’affaires sur l’ensemble des zones géographiques (EMEA, Amériques, APAC) ; o Identifier de nouveaux marchés, opportunités et partenaires stratégiques ; o Déployer des plans d’action commerciaux adaptés aux spécificités régionales ; o Superviser les négociations commerciales majeures et les contrats stratégiques ; o Assurer une veille concurrentielle et technologique globale. Gestion et développement du réseau commercial o Manager et animer les Directeurs de filiales et responsables de zones ; o Structurer et optimiser le réseau de distributeurs et partenaires internationaux ; o Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client et la fidélisation des partenaires clés ; o Mettre en place des processus de prévisions commerciales fiables et consolidées ; o Assurer un support commercial stratégique aux filiales et équipes locales. Coordination interne & pilotage transverse o Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction de la Business Unit, le Marketing, la Supply Chain, la Production et la R&D ; o Contribuer à l’évolution de l’offre produits et au positionnement marché ; o Suivre les affaires stratégiques de la phase devis jusqu’à la livraison ; o Participer à la définition des priorités d’innovation et des roadmaps produits.

Votre profil :

Vous disposez d'un Bac +5 en Commerce International, Business development ou équivalent et d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en management commercial international en industrie. La notion d'équipe multiculturelle et multi-pays est également importante. L'anglais courant est indispensable pour ce poste et une seconde langue serait un plus.

Compétences requises :

o Stratégie commerciale internationale o Management d’équipes et pilotage de filiales o Maîtrise des cycles de vente B2B techniques o Capacité à comprendre des offres techniques (pompes, HVAC) o Excellente maîtrise des outils CRM et du reporting o Forte capacité de négociation et de closing

o Leadership affirmé o Capacité d’organisation et sens des priorité o Vision stratégique et sens du résultat o Excellente communication interculturelle o Esprit entrepreneurial et orienté croissance o Aisance dans les environnements complexes et internationaux
