Wil jij onze arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en recruitmentaanpak naar een hoger niveau tillen om zo de juiste mensen aan VeriCon te verbinden? Bij VeriCon krijg je de ruimte om recruitment en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie verder op te bouwen en ons als werkgever stevig op de kaart te zetten.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als medewerker arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en recruitment ben jij de aanjager van onze zichtbaarheid op de arbeidsmarkt. Je vertaalt onze cultuur en ambities naar een herkenbaar werkgeversverhaal en zorgt voor een persoonlijke, professionele kandidaatbeleving. Je werkt zelfstandig, zoekt actief de samenwerking op en krijgt volop ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën.

JE HOUDT JE BEZIG MET:

  • De professionalisering van het volledige recruitmentproces; denk aan vacatureteksten, uitstraling en de communicatie met onze kandidaten
  • Actief zoeken en benaderen van passende kandidaten via onder andere LinkedIn en relevante netwerken
  • Het uitvoeren van creatieve arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en recruitmentcampagnes
  • Het zichtbaar maken van VeriCon als werkgever via onze werken-bij-kanalen, social media en events
  • Het bewaken en verbeteren van de candidate journey en een zorgvuldige opvolging van kandidaten
  • Het onderhouden en uitbreiden van onze connecties met hogescholen en universiteiten, o.a. door aanwezig te zijn op bedrijvendagen

Een zichtbare rol waarin jouw initiatief direct bijdraagt aan de groei en aantrekkingskracht van VeriCon.

WAT JIJ MEEBRENGT

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, communicatie, marketing of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Enige werkervaring met arbeidsmarktcommunicatie én recruitment
  • Je schrijf vlot en overtuigend en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend
  • Je weet hoe je verschillende doelgroepen bereikt en maakt graag aansprekende content
  • Een enthousiaste, proactieve houding: je ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en krijg mensen mee
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar zoekt vanzelfsprekend de verbinding met collega’s

WAT WIJ BIEDEN

  • Een afwisselende functie met ruimte voor eigen inbreng en zichtbare impact in een groeiende organisatie van 90 collega’s
  • Onderdeel van het VeriCon-stafteam, waarbij je direct samenwerkt met HR en marketing
  • Circa 24 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden
  • Een salaris van €3.200 - €3.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring
  • 30 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioen bij a.s.r. en WIA-verzekering
  • Een informele, nuchtere werksfeer waar samenwerken centraal staat, met ruimte voor humor, borrels en ontspanning
  • Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Veldhoven
