Bij VeriCon krijg je de ruimte om jouw ideeën om te zetten in een sterke recruitmentaanpak. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van technisch talent, maar bouwt ook aan een recruitmentaanpak voor de toekomst.

Met onze groeiambitie ligt er een mooie uitdaging: het vinden en binden van 3D-engineers en constructeurs die samen met ons willen bouwen aan slimme oplossingen. Jij krijgt het vertrouwen, de vrijheid en middelen om daarin het verschil te maken.

WAT GA JE DOEN? Als eerste recruiter bij VeriCon bouw je aan onze recruitmentaanpak en leg je de basis voor een team van minimaal twee recruiters. Samen met HR en directie bepaal je de personeelsbehoefte en begeleid je het volledige wervingsproces, van vacature-intake en eerste contact tot selectie en aanbod. Hierbij wordt je ondersteund door onze LinkedIn Recruiter Seat en het ATS systeem Recruitee. Je leert onze vakgebieden en projecten kennen zodat je onze kandidaten een eerlijk en overtuigend beeld van VeriCon geeft.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Actief zoeken en benaderen van 3D-engineers en constructeurs
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten en adviseren van collega’s tijdens het selectieproces
  • Professionaliseren van het recruitmentproces met heldere afspraken, aansprekende vacatureteksten en zorgvuldige communicatie
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een talentpool, ook voor toekomstige vacatures
  • Samen met marketing versterken van ons werkgeversverhaal
  • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van contacten met hogescholen en universiteiten, onder andere via bedrijvendagen

WAT WIJ BIEDEN

  • Een afwisselende functie met veel eigen inbreng en zichtbare invloed binnen een groeiende organisatie van circa 90 collega’s
  • De kans om onze recruitmentfunctie en het toekomstige team vorm te geven
  • Directe samenwerking met HR, marketing en de directie
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tot €4.750,- op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van je ervaring
  • Een bonusregeling op basis van vooraf afgesproken doelen en voorwaarden
  • Een auto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak
  • 31 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis, 8% vakantiegeld, een pensioenregeling bij a.s.r. en een WIA-verzekering

Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Veldhoven.

WAT JIJ MEEBRENGT

Je bent een zelfstandige, ondernemende recruiter die graag initiatief neemt. Je weet kandidaten te enthousiasmeren, neemt collega’s mee in je aanpak en stelt duidelijke prioriteiten.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Aantoonbare recruitmentervaring, waarmee je zelfstandig een volledig wervingsproces kunt begeleiden
  • Een proactieve houding en ideeën om recruitment te verbeteren
  • Een overtuigende schrijfstijl en uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Interesse in bouw en engineering. Ervaring in de branche is een pre
