The posting

Bij Utexbel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van infrastructuur- en facilityprojecten in hun diverse productiesites. Je combineert technische analyse met een hands-on aanpak op het terrein. Concreet omvat jouw job als Facility Manager in regio Ronse:

  • Coördineren van bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten (gebouwen, riolering, daken, nutsvoorzieningen, …)
  • Opstellen van lastenboeken en analyseren van offertes
  • Opvolgen van werken en beheren van opleveringen en documentatie
  • Beheren van nutsvoorzieningen (gas, elektriciteit, energie) en rapportering
  • Waken over conformiteit, veiligheid en regelgeving
  • Opvolgen van projectkosten en voorstellen van optimalisaties
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en aansturen van leveranciers en aannemers

Jouw meerwaarde voor de vacature van Facility Manager:

  • Technische Bachelor/ Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in facility, projectleiding, bouwsector
  • Kennis bouw en infrastructuur
  • Heel goede kennis Nederlands en basiskennis Frans
  • Analytisch, georganiseerd en in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren
  • Proactief, communicatief en hands-on
