Die Business Unit Land Management unterstützt öffentliche Verwaltungen bei der Digitalisierung von Vermessung, Kataster und Geoinformation. Die VertiGIS LM Cloud bildet die Grundlage für neue cloudbasierte Betriebs- und Servicemodelle.

Die Position entwickelt Professional Services und Cloud Operations strategisch weiter und skaliert die Organisation für Managed-Cloud- und Subscription-Services. Sie führt die verantwortlichen Führungskräfte und verantwortet einen Bereich mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden.

Die Aufgaben

Cloud- und Servicegeschäft

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Cloud Operations, Managed Services und Betriebsmodellen für die LM Cloud
  • Gestaltung der Transformation von projektorientierten Leistungen zu standardisierten Cloud-, Managed-Service- und Subscription-Angeboten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Roadmap für Cloud-Geschäft, Services und Operations einschließlich geeigneter KPIs und wirtschaftlicher Zielgröße

Führung und Organisationsentwicklung

  • Führung und Entwicklung der Team Leads sowie weiterer Führungskräfte in Professional Services und Cloud Operations
  • Gestaltung und Skalierung der Organisation durch Organisationsentwicklung, Kompetenzaufbau und Change Management
  • Definition von Verantwortlichkeiten, Standards und Entscheidungswegen für die Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Teams hinweg

Kunden-, Partner- und Geschäftsentwicklung

  • Beratung von Kunden und Partnern bei strategischen Fragen der Digitalisierung, Cloud-Einführung und Transformation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Angebotsmanagement bei strategisch wichtigen Vorhaben und Großprojekten
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Technologie- und Umsetzungspartnern für Cloud-, Managed-Service- und Subscription-Angebote

Die Stelle erfordert mehrjährige Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Verantwortung für strategische Transformationsprogramme in den Bereichen Cloud, Services oder digitale Geschäftsmodelle
  • Führung von Team Leads oder anderen Führungskräften sowie Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
  • Aufbau und Skalierung von Serviceorganisationen sowie Transformation projektorientierter Geschäftsmodelle hin zu Managed-Cloud- und Serviceangeboten
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases, Investitionsentscheidungen und wirtschaftlicher Steuerung von Organisationseinheiten unter Berücksichtigung von Profitabilität, Auslastung und Skalierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen, Behördenleitungen oder vergleichbaren Entscheidern

Zusätzlich erforderlich sind Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.

Wünschenswert

  • Fachwissen zu GIS und Land Management
  • Kenntnisse des deutschen Behördenmarktes
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 sowie mit Projektmanagement-, BI- und ERP-Lösungen, beispielsweise Microsoft Project, Power BI und NetSuite
