Wir entwickeln Lösungen für Energieversorgung, Wasserwirtschaft, Landmanagement, Behörden, Infrastruktur, Facility Management und Telekommunikation. Unsere Produkte helfen Unternehmen, Netze, Anlagen und Prozesse effizient zu planen, zu verwalten und zu optimieren – weltweit im täglichen Einsatz.

Sie übernehmen Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und laufenden Betrieb von VertiGIS Land-Management-Systemen in Kundenumgebungen, als technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Teams. Voraussetzung sind fundierte GIS-Kenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau. Kenntnisse der VertiGIS-Produkte werden nicht erwartet: Die Einarbeitung erfolgt im Team.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle

Betrieb & Support bestehender Kundenumgebungen

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Änderungsanforderungen in bestehenden LM-Systemlandschaften
  • Systematisches Eingrenzen von Fehlerursachen und Umsetzung von Konfigurationsanpassungen
  • Betreuung von Kunden als technischer Ansprechpartner im laufenden Betrieb

Inbetriebnahme & Konfiguration von LM-Systemen

  • Installation, Update und Einrichtung von LM-Systemen (z. B. LM Explorer, LM-Server, LM-Editor) in Kundenumgebungen
  • Konfiguration und Anpassung im Zusammenspiel von Anwendung, Datenbank und Betriebsumgebung
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden und Projektteams zur Planung und Umsetzung

Dokumentation & interne Zusammenarbeit

  • Dokumentation von Systemaufbauten, Konfigurationen und Änderungen
  • Technische Abstimmung mit internen Teams und Kunden zu konkreten Umgebungsfragen
  • Fundierte GIS-Kenntnisse aus Studium oder Praxis (z. B. Geoinformatik, Geodäsie): Verständnis von Geodaten, GIS-Anwendungen sowie dem Zusammenspiel von Anwendung, Daten und Betriebsumgebung
  • Grundlegendes IT- und Datenbankverständnis: Anwendungsarchitektur, Schnittstellen, Betriebsumgebungen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren und nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren

Sprachkenntnisse:

  • Deutsch: C2 (Muttersprachniveau) ist zwingend erforderlich für Kundenkommunikation und Dokumentation
  • Englisch: B1 (Grundkenntnisse für die interne Zusammenarbeit im technischen Umfeld)

Wünschenswert:

  • Kenntnisse im deutschen Vermessungs- und Katasterwesen, insbesondere ALKIS/AFIS/ATKIS
  • Erfahrung mit GIS-Plattformen, z. B. ArcGIS, QGIS oder Web-GIS
  • Erste Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. SQL, PostgreSQL) oder Scripting (z. B. Python)
