The IT Project Manager / Agiloft Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing the Agiloft platform while managing technology projects from planning through delivery. This role combines hands-on enterprise application administration with disciplined project management, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, financial tracking, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Agiloft Administration & Configuration
Serve as a hands-on administrator and subject matter expert for the Agiloft platform.
Configure and maintain tables, fields, forms, layouts, workflows, business rules, notifications, escalations, and approval processes.
Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, access controls, and security settings.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, searches, views, and system metrics.
Troubleshoot application, configuration, workflow, data, access, and user issues; provide ongoing production support.
Workflow Optimization & Platform Enhancements
Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into effective Agiloft configuration solutions.
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, system improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Manage enhancements, configuration changes, releases, upgrades, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Support integrations with other enterprise applications and assist with API or integration-related activities.
Manage data imports, exports, updates, migrations, cleansing, and ongoing data quality.
Maintain configuration, technical, functional, and user documentation.
Provide training, guidance, and support to users and business stakeholders.
Project Management & Delivery
Manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasts, purchase orders, and project-related costs.
Manage vendors and third-party partners, including deliverables, timelines, contracts, performance, and issue resolution.
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and decisions; ensure appropriate escalation and resolution.
Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on schedule and within approved budgets.
Provide project status reporting, financial updates, and communications to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management practices based on initiative needs.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT, enterprise applications, technology delivery, IT project management, or agile delivery.
Strong hands-on experience in platform administration, ideally on contract lifecycle management or procurement platforms.
Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production environments.
Strong project management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, vendor management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience managing projects from requirements through implementation and closeout.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently at all levels in the organization, especially with legal and IT personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with Agiloft workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, automation, and application configuration.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments.
Experience with APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or other enterprise applications.

Working Environment/Physical Requirements
Hybrid or remote work schedule / environment; up to 20% travel may be required. Must be available during standard U.S. Eastern (ET) bsuiness hours.
