The posting

The Company

VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn't be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.

We're a young and energetic company, we've had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention — just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot — we also need driven and talented people to join our team.

That brings us to you, and what you'll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work — they're confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you're down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity

A new ecosystem at the intersection of wellness and technology, with a connected product, hardware and software, built to help people take an active role in their own health rather than simply measure it. The Ecommerce Product Manager owns the site where people decide to become members.

Your job is to build the path to purchase. You'll own it on Shopify, from landing pages through product pages, checkout, and membership signup, along with the roadmap, testing, and web partners behind it. You'll carry the brand vision and positioning onto every page, and build a site that educates, captures leads, and earns search visibility as well as one that sells. You'll decide what the site needs to do, specify it clearly, get it built, and keep improving conversion once it's live. We are pre-launch, and the brand, the positioning, and the claims we can make are all still being built. You'll start from a business case and a blank store rather than a site with history. It's a hands-on role.

What you will do at VeSync:

  • Own the Site Roadmap: Set the roadmap for the path to purchase on Shopify: landing pages, product pages, checkout, and membership signup. Decide what gets built, in what order, and why.
  • Carry the Brand and Positioning: Execute the brand vision and the positioning from Brand and Product Marketing across the site, so every page looks, sounds, and explains the product the way the brand intends.
  • Build Dynamic Landing Pages: Stand up landing pages that match the ad, creator, or campaign that sent someone there, and that can be built and changed quickly.
  • Support Education, Lead Capture, and Search: Build the pages and capture points that educate visitors, grow the waitlist and lead list, and support SEO and AEO with the shared search resource.
  • Own Conversion: Set and report conversion rate, average order value, and checkout and signup completion, find where people drop out of the funnel, and report weekly and monthly against targets.
  • Test and Learn: Run a structured CRO and A/B testing program, read results honestly, document what you learn, and use it to decide what gets built next.
  • Execute Offers and Campaigns: Build and launch offers, bundles, promotions, and campaign pages, and make sure the site is ready for every launch. Offer and pricing decisions come from leadership; you make them work on the page.
  • Own the Web Dev Partnership: Brief, prioritize, and hold accountable the web development agency or internal resource. Write specs clear enough that builds aren't guessing.
  • Lead the Ecommerce Web Producer: Direct the CMS builds, theme updates, and app integrations that keep the site moving between development releases.
  • Connect the Funnel: Work with MarTech, Lifecycle, and Paid on tracking, data, and the handoff from ad or email to page.

What you bring to the role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in ecommerce product management, site management, or digital product roles for consumer (B2C) brands, with hands-on direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience. Subscription, membership, and connected-device backgrounds are strongly preferred.
  • Shopify Depth: Deep working knowledge of Shopify Plus, including themes, checkout, apps, and the platform's limits. Has run a Shopify roadmap, not only worked in the admin.
  • Built a Site, Not Only Optimized One: Has launched a DTC site or led a major rebuild, and owned it through launch and after.
  • CRO & Testing: Has run a conversion program with real tests and real results, using GA4, Shopify analytics, testing tools, and session recordings.
  • Clear Specifications: Writes requirements that developers and agencies can build from without a meeting to explain them.
  • Subscription & Membership Fluency: Understands how membership signup, billing, and checkout fit together on Shopify, and where they break.
  • Search & Lead Capture Fluency: Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals and of lead capture on a DTC site.
  • Claims Awareness: Experience in health, wellness, or a similarly regulated space is a plus. Knows that product pages carry claims and go through review.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Can build while the brand, the positioning, and the claims framework are still being settled. Makes progress on partial information and changes direction when decisions land.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with growth, brand, product marketing, lifecycle, paid, MarTech, and the creative studio.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
