The posting

The Company

VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn't be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.

We're a young and energetic company, we've had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention — just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot — we also need driven and talented people to join our team.

That brings us to you, and what you'll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work — they're confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you're down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity

A new ecosystem at the intersection of wellness and technology, with a connected product, hardware and software, built to help people take an active role in their own health rather than simply measure it. The Social Media Manager owns the social presence behind that launch, from the first post through the audience we build.

Your job is to decide what each channel is for, build the content that fills it, and grow an audience from a standing start. You'll set the strategy and make the work, engage the people who show up, and build the credibility that turns attention into members. We are pre-launch, and the brand, the positioning, and the claims we can make are all still being built. You'll work alongside that, not after it. It's a hands-on role.

What you will do at VeSync:

  • Own the Channel Strategy: Define what each channel is for, the role it plays from first impression through consideration, and the goal it carries. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Reddit, and what comes next.
  • Own the Audience Build: Grow the audience from a standing start. Audience and engagement growth are numbers you own, with an approach behind them.
  • Turn Positioning into Channel-Native Content: Take the positioning and claims framework owned by Product Marketing and turn it into content that works on each channel, adapted rather than copied across. Both are being written now, so expect to work from drafts and adjust as they settle.
  • Own the Calendar and the Formats: Build the programming calendar, the repeatable formats behind it, and the production cadence that keeps it fed.
  • Make the Work: Concept, write, shoot, edit, and publish. Creative and agency partners support you, they don't do it for you.
  • Hold the Voice and the Claims Line: Keep a consistent brand voice across channels, and work inside the medical, regulatory, and claims review process rather than around it.
  • Drive Engagement on Owned Channels: Reply to comments, answer DMs, and take part in the conversation under our own posts. Route product issues and escalations to CX.
  • Show Up on Reddit and in Forums: Hold our presence in the places this product gets discussed by people who know it well. These are spaces we don't control, and they reward participation over promotion.
  • Own the Numbers: Set the metrics and KPIs for each channel, report performance honestly, and turn what the data says into what gets made next.

What you bring to the role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 5+ years managing social media for consumer (B2C) brands, with hands-on direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience. Health & wellness, consumer hardware, and subscription or membership backgrounds are strongly preferred.
  • New Brand & Audience Build: Proven track record launching a brand, sub-brand, or product line into an audience that did not previously exist.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Can build while the brand, the positioning, and the claims framework are still being settled. Makes progress on partial information, changes direction when decisions land, and doesn't fill the gaps by inventing positioning of their own.
  • Platform Native: Fluent in the craft and the culture of each channel and in how they differ. Comfortable in forums and communities you don't control, where publishing like a brand doesn't work.
  • Hands-On Maker: Concepts, writes, shoots, and edits. Produces the content, not only the brief.
  • Claims & Regulatory Fluency: Experience in health, wellness, medical device, supplements, or a similarly regulated space. Knows what to avoid, and how to say something true and interesting inside real constraints.
  • Analytical: Sets metrics and KPIs, reads performance honestly, and uses it to decide what to make next. Able to argue engagement quality over vanity metrics and back it with evidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with paid social, brand and creative, product, and CX.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
