Das Sanatorium Muttendorf ist eine auf Pferdemedizin spezialisierte Einrichtung und Teil der Veterinaria. Der Fokus liegt auf umfassender Diagnostik und Behandlung von Pferden, inklusive Kolikversorgung, Chirurgie, Innerer Medizin sowie orthopädischen und augenheilkundlichen Leistungen.

Sie sind Pferdetierärzt (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung, Weitblick und Freude daran, eine moderne Einrichtung aktiv mitzugestalten? Dann eröffnet Ihnen diese Führungsrolle die Möglichkeit, medizinisch wie organisatorisch echte Akzente zu setzen – gemeinsam mit einem starken, eingespielten Team.

Ihre Rolle bei uns • Gemeinsame tierärztliche Gesamtleitung des Standortes • Aktueller Schwerpunkt auf Innerer Medizin und Kolikpatienten • Betreuung unserer Pferde – mobil, ambulant und stationär • Schrittweise Weiterentwicklung der Klinikstrukturen und Abläufe • Verantwortung für die Hausapotheke • Kaufmännische Mitsteuerung des Betriebes • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung • Kooperation mit Partnerbetrieben sowie Austausch innerhalb der internationalen Gruppe • Förderung interner Aus- und Weiterbildung

Was Sie mitbringen • Abgeschlossenes veterinärmedizinisches Studium bzw. die Zulassung zur tierärztlichen Tätigkeit in Österreich • Leidenschaft für Pferdemedizin, idealerweise mit entsprechender Vorerfahrung vor allem im chirurgischen - sehr gerne auch im orthopädischen Bereich • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung einer etablierten Klinik • Erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Motivation, in diese Rolle hineinzuwachsen • Motivationskraft, Entscheidungsstärke und Klarheit in der Kommunikation • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Teamorientierung, Empathie und gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Menschen • Gute Deutschkenntnisse bzw. gutes Englisch
