  • Motivierte und engagierte Jungtierärte (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Unser rotierendes Internship-Programm soll das Wissen, sowie die praktischen Fähigkeiten nach dem Studium vertiefen und helfen Gelerntes in die Tat umzusetzen. Das Ausbildungsprogramm hat den Anspruch eine hervorragende Grundlage für jede weitere Laufbahn in der Kleintiermedizin zu bilden
  • Ziel dieser 14-monatigen Ausbildung ist es komplexe Krankheitsbilder zu verstehen und Fälle nach modernsten medizinischen Standards aufarbeiten zu können Nach Absolvierung dieses Internships wird man stressfrei in der Kleintiersprechstunde agieren können und ist sohin optimal auf den fordernden Arbeitsalltag eines Kleintierarztes/einer Kleintierärztin vorbereitet

Die erfolgreichen BewerberInnen arbeiten unter stetiger Supervision von FachtierärztInnen und Diplomates verschiedener Fachgebiete in einem Rotationsprinzip:

  • Rotating Internship in der Tierklinik St. Pölten Tauche ein in alle Fachbereiche: Chirurgie, Onkologie, Innere Medizin, Kardiologie und mehr – immer an der Seite unserer erfahrenen Spezialist*innen
  • Angst vor dem Notdienst? Bei uns nicht nötig! Du bist nie allein – Rücksprache mit erfahrenen Tierärzt*innen ist jederzeit erwünscht und ausdrücklich Teil unseres Konzepts
  • Kein Auto? Kein Problem! Wohnmöglichkeiten direkt in der Klinik verfügbar.
  • Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss erwartet dich eine Prämie in Höhe eines Monatsgehalts – und idealerweise: der Start in eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit

Die TeilnehmerInnen am Internshipprogramm spielen eine wesentliche Rolle in unserem Klinikalltag – eine ständige Supervision und das gemeinsame Lösen von Fällen ist für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit und soll helfen sukzessive mehr Verantwortung übernehmen zu können und Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Das Programm umfasst regelmäßige interne und externe Fortbildungen (zB.: Echokardiographie und Abdomensonographie Kurs)

Der Fokus auf eine evidenzbasierte, wissenschaftliche Ausbildung kommt damit nicht zu kurz.

Die Tätigkeitsvergütung während des einjährigen Ausbildungsprogramms beträgt 2.700,-- € brutto/VZ
