  • Support Oracle E-Business Suite implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents and cross-system problems.
  • Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and development practices.
  • Review high-impact technical designs and guide engineers across multiple systems and teams.
  • Lead modernization initiatives that improve reliability, performance, maintainability, security, and operational resilience.
  • Support banking system integrations and related interface requirements.
  • Apply financial and accounting knowledge to enterprise systems and processes.
  • Advance AI-assisted engineering practices and contribute to responsible AI standards.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical roadmaps, and advise leadership on technical risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with management and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Participate in high-priority production support and incident escalations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of database programming experience, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and triggers using PL/SQL.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
  • Expert proficiency in one or more technology stacks, such as Java, C#/.NET, or JavaScript/React.
  • Strong system design, database design, and enterprise integration skills.
  • Experience with banking system integrations and interface requirements.
  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and resolve critical technical and production problems.
  • Experience establishing engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
  • Ability to provide technical direction across multiple systems, platforms, or teams.
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and technical leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance, reliability, security, and integration considerations.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and support high-priority production escalations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
