Brookestone Home Health & Hospice proudly serves patients and families throughout Buffalo, Custer, Dawson, Franklin, Frontier, Furnas, Gosper, Hall, Harlan, Howard, Kearney, Lincoln, Nance, Phelps, Red Willow, and Sherman Counties.

Brookestone Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to support the growth of our Home Health and Hospice services across Central Nebraska. This position plays a key role in connecting patients and families with quality care by developing strong partnerships throughout the healthcare community.

Position Summary

As the Business Development Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for referral development and community engagement. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and other referral partners while promoting the benefits and value of Brookestone Home Health & Hospice services.

Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding access to compassionate care and supporting our mission of enhancing the dignity and quality of life of those we serve.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in Home Health, Hospice, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute initiatives independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
