Located in Columbus, Nebraska, Brookestone Acres is designed for seniors needing either short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing services. At Brookestone Acres, we have a culture of rehabilitation and overall improvement of health. Our residents and patients are served by team members trained to meet the unique and specialized needs of each individual. Our team is dedicated to encouraging and motivating our patients to excel in therapy and regain daily life skills.

Professional Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will be a registered nurse with a current CPR Certification. You must possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. Verbal communication skills are important to carry on conversations with residents, co-workers, and visitors in an understandable manner. Written communications are important for documentation.

This position will primarily focus on: MDS, restorative program, admission orders, admission head to toe assessments, care plan meetings, rounds/audits, and IDT.

This position will require on-call rotation every 5 weeks.

Schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00a to 4pm with a one-hour lunch (30 hours per week).

Position pay depends on experience.
