Our Senior Clinical Lead has been in the industry for almost 20 years now! She enjoys consulting & soft tissue surgery! She’s actively involved in the industry and community as well and the team are so happy she’s there to guide & support.

Clients who appreciate you: We’ve got a loyal, kind client base who trust us with their pets and value the care we give. It makes a huge difference. Fun fact: One morning, we arrived at the clinic to find a sheep and cow statue had mysteriously appeared in our front yard! We embraced our unexpected new residents, and now we can’t imagine coming to work without seeing them there.

At East Bentleigh Vet Clinic, we’re invested in your growth and development. As a permanent team member, you’ll receive complimentary access to our Veterinary Training Centre (VTC), offering tailored courses, practical wet labs and hands-on workshops designed specifically for veterinary professionals.

You’ll also have access to a CE allowance per annum + roll over into your second year, study leave and online learning opportunities, with ongoing support from our State Vet Manager, Dr Emma Christie, and your very own Area Manager, Rachel Bruce!

About you & what we’re looking for:

  • You’re a fully registered and qualified vet (obviously!)
  • You value teamwork, communication, and bringing good vibes to the clinic
  • You’re confident with general practice, ideally 2+ years practical experience
  • You can build trust with clients through honest, compassionate conversations
  • You’ve got a drive to build your own surgical or medical cases and really make them yours. If you have a specific area of interest, we would love to know.
