Waarom jouw functie gewoon anders is

Als managementassistent(e) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van zowel de manager zorg als de manager bedrijfsvoering van één of meerdere clusters. Het betreft een zelfstandige functie waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van de managers.

Je beheert de agenda's, organiseert en ondersteunt overleggen met interne en externe samenwerkingspartners, verwerkt inkomende e-mails op prioriteit en urgentie en verzorgt de voorbereiding, notulering en opvolging van diverse overleggen. Daarnaast stel je jaarplanningen op, bewaak je afspraken en deadlines en signaleer je proactief ontwikkelingen en aandachtspunten.

Door jouw organisatietalent, zelfstandigheid en organisatiesensitiviteit weet je de juiste mensen en informatie te verbinden. Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en draagt bij aan continuïteit binnen de clusters.

Hoewel je zelfstandig werkt, sta je er niet alleen voor. Samen met je collega's ondersteun je de organisatie. In de toekomst willen we de samenwerking tussen managementassistenten verder versterken, zodat jullie elkaar nog beter kunnen ondersteunen, kennis delen en vervangen waar nodig.

Jij bent proactief, communicatief sterk en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Bij voorkeur een mbo-diploma Managementassistent of vergelijkbaar;
  • Ervaring in een secretariële of ondersteunende functie;
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden;
  • Een integere en professionele houding;
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig én samen te werken;
  • Beschikbaarheid van vier dagen per week.
