Deine Aufgaben:

  • Operatives Pricing & Prozesssteuerung: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teilbereiche der jährlichen internationalen Preiserhöhung. Auf Basis der Consumer Pricing & Discount Strategie steuerst Du den gesamten operativen Prozess. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling erstellst Du Simulationsrechnungen und Detailkalkulationen in Board und steuerst die Stammdatenüberleitung.
  • Implementierung & Schnittstellenarbeit: Du stellst die termingerechte und korrekte Umsetzung aller Preisänderungen sicher. Dabei stimmst Du Dich eng mit der IT, dem SCM-Stammdatenteam und weiteren Schnittstellen ab und korrigierst logische Preisfehler proaktiv.
  • Pricing Strategie: Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Pricing Strategie durch Recherchen zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung und machst erste Vorschläge zur Optimierung von Pricing Regeln.
  • Analytics & KI-gestütztes Reporting: Du erstellst und optimierst unsere internen Marketingreportings und Dashboards. Dabei nutzt Du moderne KI-Tools für fundierte, analytische Kommentierungen und bereitest Deine Erkenntnisse für das Management auf.
  • Market Price Tracking: Du managst das weltweite Wettbewerbs- und Marktpreis-Tracking für den Bereich Marketing D&L, wertest die Daten quartalsweise aus und präsentierst Deine Analysen.
  • Projekte: Du unterstützt oder leitest (Digitalisierungs-)Projekte im Marketing zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Prozesse.

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Projektkompetenz: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Koordination funktionsübergreifender Prozesse und im Projektmanagement gesammelt.
  • Analytisches Talent: Du besitzt hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten, ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und die Fähigkeit, konkrete Handlungsoptionen aus Daten abzuleiten.
  • IT- & Tool-Expertise: Du verfügst über umfassende MS Office Kenntnisse, praktische Erfahrung mit BI-Tools und Grundkenntnisse in statistischen Analysemethoden sind wünschenswert.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse.
