Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projekte analysieren & bewerten: Du unterstützt ganzheitlich bei der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Prüfung weltweiter CAPEX-Projekte (Investitionsprojekte).
  • Entscheidungsgrundlagen schaffen: Du bereitest Genehmigungsunterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für unterschiedliche Gremien bis hin zur Vorstandsebene eigenständig auf.
  • Strategische Planung begleiten: Bei der jährlichen CAPEX-Jahresplanung gestaltest du aktiv mit, zum Beispiel durch die Konsolidierung von Investitionsprojekten, Budgets und Forecasts.
  • Internationale Abstimmung: Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung regelmäßiger CAPEX-Status-Meetings mit unseren weltweiten Produktionsstandorten und behältst offene Punkte, Termine sowie Budgets stets im Blick.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen wie Digitalisierung, Planung und EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) zusammen, um Projektinhalte abzustimmen und weiter zu optimieren.

Dein Profil:

  • Dein Studium: Du studierst vorzugsweise Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, alternativ Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder BWL mit ausgeprägter technischer Affinität und bist noch für mindestens ein Jahr immatrikuliert.
  • Deine Leidenschaft: Du bringst echtes Interesse an industriellen Produktionsprozessen und moderner Technik mit.
  • Deine Persönlichkeit: Ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität, Eigeninitiative und verlässliches, selbstständiges Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst gerne und überzeugend über verschiedene Ebenen hinweg.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir für den internationalen Austausch voraus.
