Ben jij een ervaren IT-support professional die graag complexe technische uitdagingen aanpakt? In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in Microsoft-, cloud- en netwerkomgevingen verder uit te bouwen. Je ondersteunt klanten, analyseert technische problemen en werkt zelfstandig oplossingen uit. Samen met een team van ervaren engineers zorg je voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en betrouwbare IT-omgevingen.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert en lost zelfstandig complexere incidenten op binnen Microsoft-, cloud- en netwerkomgevingen.
  • Je biedt tweedelijnsondersteuning aan klanten via telefoon, e-mail en ticketing.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online en Intune.
  • Je voert troubleshooting uit op servers, netwerken, firewalls en virtualisatieplatformen.
  • Je implementeert technische wijzigingen en optimalisaties binnen klantomgevingen.
  • Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van terugkerende problemen en werkt structurele oplossingen uit.
  • Je documenteert technische oplossingen en onderhoudt kennisartikelen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij technische vraagstukken en deelt actief jouw kennis.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een professionele MSP-omgeving waar verschillende klanten rekenen op betrouwbare en kwalitatieve IT-ondersteuning. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's aan uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken en krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen en initiatief te nemen.

  • Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT-support, bij voorkeur in een MSP-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory en Entra ID.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Exchange Online en kent de belangrijkste netwerkprotocollen en -technologieën, zoals TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN en DNS.
  • Je hebt ervaring met virtualisatieplatformen zoals VMware, Hyper-V of Proxmox.
  • Je kunt technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw tickets en klantomgevingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's en houdt ervan om kennis te delen.
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt jouw expertise verder verdiepen via opleidingen en certificeringen.
  • Mooi meegenomen: kennis van Intune, Conditional Access, Azure, Linux, WatchGuard, Fortinet of VoIP-oplossingen.
