In deze functie volg je elektrische werken op verschillende werven en controleer je of alles correct wordt uitgevoerd. Je leert hoe je elektrische plannen leest, de voortgang van werken opvolgt en technische situaties inschat. Omdat er ook regelmatig dringende herstellingen tussendoor komen, is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te bouwen en stap voor stap zelfstandiger te worden.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op verschillende werven op en controleert of de werken correct verlopen en je leert elektrische plannen lezen en gebruikt die om de uitgevoerde werken te controleren
  • Je gaat na of de installaties en werkzaamheden voldoen aan de technische afspraken en kwaliteitsverwachtingen en je ondersteunt bij het opvolgen van de voortgang en bespreekt eventuele problemen met collega’s
  • Je helpt mee om technische problemen en onverwachte herstellingen op te volgen.
  • Je gaat regelmatig op verplaatsing naar werven en leert omgaan met wisselende situaties en prioriteiten.
  • Je krijgt feedback op je werk en leert hoe je controles zorgvuldig en correct uitvoert

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een groeiende technische onderneming waar elektrische werken op verschillende werven worden opgevolgd. Je werkt samen met collega’s die je helpen om de nodige kennis en ervaring op te bouwen. Omdat herstellingen soms onverwacht tussenkomen, moet je flexibel kunnen omgaan met veranderingen. Je krijgt de ruimte om bij te leren en geleidelijk meer inzicht te krijgen in de uitvoering en controle van elektrische werken.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding elektriciteit gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld in het TSO, of beschikt over een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond en je hebt een sterke interesse in elektriciteit en wil je technische kennis verder ontwikkelen
  • Je kan elektrische plannen lezen of hebt voldoende basis om dit snel aan te leren en je bent leergierig, stelt vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is en staat open voor feedback
  • Je kan goed samenwerken en communiceert vlot met collega’s op de werf en je zoekt een job waarin je op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen
