IN A NUTSHELL

Als Manager Finance-Consulting übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzfunktion. Du führst Transformationsprogramme, entwickelst Steuerungs- und Planungsmodelle und stellst die Optimierung der Finanzorganisation sicher. Dabei bringst Du umfassende Expertise in Financial Modeling, Performance Management und/oder der Gestaltung von CFO Operating Models ein.

DEIN BEISPIEL-PROJEKT

Du leitest das Programm „Nachhaltige Kosteneffizienz“ in einem führenden Industrieunternehmen:

  • Strategische Verantwortung: Du entwickelst die Zielarchitektur für ein konzernweites Effizienzprogramm in einem herausfordernden Marktumfeld mit hohen Zinsen, steigenden Kosten und geopolitischen Risiken. Du definierst die Roadmap und stellst sicher, dass die Maßnahmen nicht nur kurzfristige Liquidität sichern, sondern die Organisation langfristig leistungsfähiger machen.
  • Leadership & Steuerung: Du führst ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam, koordinierst interne und externe Stakeholder und stellst die Verzahnung mit der Unternehmensstrategie sicher.
  • Transformation gestalten: Du strukturierst die Maßnahmen in „Short-Term Booster“ für schnelle Stabilisierung und „Permanent Enhancements“ für nachhaltige Effizienzsteigerungen. Du begleitest die Umsetzung – von Prozessanpassungen über neue Steuerungsmodelle bis hin zu Performance-Mechanismen.
  • Impact für den Kunden: Du schaffst eine Organisation, die resilient, wachstumsfähig und strategisch ausgerichtet ist – mit klaren Ergebnissen: verbesserte Liquidität, optimierte Kostenstrukturen und eine Finanzarchitektur, die echten Wettbewerbsvorteil bringt.

  • Strategische Verantwortung: Du entwickelst zukunftsorientierte Finance-Strategien und CFO Operating Models, die Prozesse, Systeme und Organisation intelligent verbinden.
  • Leadership in Finance-Transformation: Du übernimmst die Leitung komplexer Transformationsprogramme, steuerst mehrere Workstreams und führst interdisziplinäre Teams zum Erfolg.
  • Top-Level Sparring: Du bist vertrauensvolle:r Partner:in für CFOs und das Top-Management, berätst bei strategischen Entscheidungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
  • Finance Excellence: Du optimierst Steuerungs-, Planungs- und Reporting-Prozesse, harmonisierst Strukturen und implementierst Best Practices für eine effiziente und zukunftsfähige Finanzfunktion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Du nutzt moderne Analytics, Finance Modeling und Performance Management, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen und präzise Steuerungsmodelle zu ermöglichen.
  • Innovation & Transformation: Du identifizierst Trends, Chancen und Risiken und entwickelst Lösungen, die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und neue Technologien in die Finanzfunktion integrieren.
  • Nachhaltige Wirkung: Du stellst klare Governance, transparente Zielverfolgung und messbare Ergebnisse sicher – von kurzfristigen Effizienzmaßnahmen bis zu langfristigen Organisationsmodellen.

DEIN SKILLSET

  • Strategic Mindset: Leidenschaft für die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzfunktion und die Transformation moderner Organisationen. Themen wie Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle sind Deine Treiber.
  • Leadership: Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten und Führung von Teams. Du übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens ein.
  • Academic Background: Exzellenter akademischer Abschluss mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Analytics oder Accounting.
  • Finance-Expertise: Tiefes Verständnis für Finanzprozesse, Controlling, Accounting und Organisationsmodelle sowie fundierte Erfahrung in Financial Modeling, integrierten Planungsmodellen, Performance Management und/oder CFO Operating Models.
  • Analytical Strength: Sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools und ERP- /Finance Systemen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten für komplexe Finanzanalysen und Modellierungen.
  • Business Development: Du brennst dafür, neue Themenfelder zu erschließen und durch Deinen Einsatz neue Projekte und Kund:innen zu gewinnen.
  • Place: Du arbeitest bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort, remote sowie in einem unserer Offices in München, Augsburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf oder Berlin.
