Als Praktikant:in im Regionalmanagement erhältst du praxisnahe Einblicke ins EU-Fördermittelmanagement – insbesondere im LEADER-Kontext – und unterstützt unser Team bei der Umsetzung spannender Projekte im öffentlichen Sektor.

  • Unterstützung des Regionalmanagements bei der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung regionaler Förderprojekte im öffentlichen Sektor, insbesondere LEADER-Projekte in Niedersachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt
  • Mitarbeit im Projektmanagement durch Vorbereitung von Förderaufrufen, Recherchen zu Förderlogiken, Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Nachbereitung von Projekten
  • Unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Kommunikation mit Projektträger:innen, Behörden und Gremien
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen, inklusive Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Berichten
  • Pflege von Übersichten, Auswertungen und Unterstützung beim Monitoring von Projektständen im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings
  • Mitarbeit an Querschnittsthemen wie nachhaltige Regionalentwicklung, Digitalisierung von Verwaltungsprozessen oder regionale Kooperation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen im LEADER-Team und schrittweise Übernahme eigener kleiner Aufgabenpakete
  • Du erlebst, wie europäische Förderpolitik vor Ort wirkt – von der Projektidee bis zur Umsetzung in Gemeinden, Vereinen und Initiativen

DEIN SKILLSET

  • Laufendes Studium, z.B. in Wirtschafts-, Verwaltungs-, Politik- oder Sozialwissenschaften, im Regionalmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse am öffentlichen Sektor, Förderprogrammen (insb. LEADER), Regionalentwicklung und nachhaltigen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Erste Erfahrung in Projektarbeit oder öffentlicher Verwaltung sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Kenntnisse in Power BI von Vorteil
  • Praktikum in Vollzeit (40 h/Woche) über einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 6 Monaten
  • Einstieg ab sofort möglich
  • Du kannst bis zu 2 Tage remote arbeiten und bist immer willkommen in unseren Offices in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, München, Augsburg oder Düsseldorf
