Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (up to Senior Consultant level) to join our team for a major Government project. The ideal candidate is not just a technical analyst but a strategic thinker who shares a strong conviction in the Government's mission to serve the public. You will play a hybrid role, combining deep analytical skills with project management capabilities to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business requirements to develop clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for a major Government project
  • Lead project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and project plans
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies that enhance project outcomes
  • Communicate findings and progress effectively to senior leadership and Government representatives to influence project direction and priorities
  • Apply strategic thinking to align project deliverables with the Government's mission to serve the public and create measurable impact

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, specifically in running major/large-scale projects.
  • Government/Public Sector Mindset: Strong conviction in the Government's mission. Understanding of public sector processes and a passion for creating value for citizens/users.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze macro-level strategies and micro-level data/workflows simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Personality: Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable. Willing to go on-site for real-world observations and troubleshooting.
