Du übernimmst die vollständige, digitale Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere GmbHs innerhalb einer Holdingstruktur – mit dem Ziel, Transparenz, Steuerungsfähigkeit und finanzielle Stabilität auf Gruppenebene sicherzustellen. Wir arbeiten vollständig digital mit DATEV Rechnungswesen, DATEV Kostenrechnung und DATEV Unternehmen Online. Alle Belege werden digital bereitgestellt. Bankkonten sind direkt angebunden. Du sollst nicht nur buchen – sondern mitdenken.

Deine Aufgaben

1. Digitale Finanzbuchhaltung (100 % digital)

  • Laufende Buchhaltung GmbHs über DATEV
  • Belegverarbeitung über DATEV Unternehmen Online
  • OP-Management und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Automatisierte Bankverbuchung und Kontenabstimmung
  • Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Abstimmung mit Steuerberater und ggf. Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Intercompany-Abstimmungen

2. Kostenrechnung & Reporting

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer klaren Kostenstellenstruktur
  • Nutzung von DATEV Kostenrechnung (KOST)
  • Monatliche BWA-Analyse
  • Erstellung eines gruppenweiten Reporting-Standards
  • Entwicklung von Kennzahlen zur Steuerung der einzelnen Gesellschaften

3. Liquiditätsmanagement & Finanzplanung

  • Rolling Cashflow-Planung (mindestens 6–12 Monate)
  • Überwachung von Zahlungsströmen
  • Aufbau einer strukturierten Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur:Kapitalallokation innerhalb der Gruppe kurzfristigen Liquiditätsanlage Optimierung von Bankstrukturen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten
  • Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse (inkl. DUO)
  • Erfahrung mit digitaler Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit Kostenrechnung
  • Sicher im HGB
  • Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise
  • Unternehmerisches Verständnis
