Estamos em busca de um Programador Sênior PHP altamente habilidoso, com experiência sólida em PHP, MySQL, Git e GitHub e bom entendimento de WordPress.

O seu maior desafio como programador será criar, refatorar e otimizar códigos da plataforma além de reestruturar a arquitetura para soluções usadas por milhares de usuários.

Como desenvolvedor PHP sênior você será parte essencial da nossa equipe de engenharia. Em seu dia a dia você irá:

  • Ajudar formar o time de engenharia, sempre com o intuito de manter um ambiente colaborativo e focado nas entregas.
  • Estar a par do funcionamento do negócio para poder tomar as decisões mais assertivas, considerando tanto o cenário interno quanto o do cliente;
  • Compartilhar conhecimento técnico para o time, a fim de capacitar as pessoas para desenvolver trabalhos consistentes e de qualidade;
  • Conduzir, codificar e entregar grandes e complexos projetos;
  • Codificar juntamente com a equipe demandas necessárias para os projetos e novas features do negócio;
  • Auxiliar a equipe nas questões técnicas dos desenvolvimentos, com ou sem codificação;
  • Analisar os processos internos e propor melhorias, quando necessário;
  • Trazer inovações tecnológicas para dentro da empresa, incentivando processos mais rápidos e adequados;
  • Ter a visão macro da empresa, para buscar as soluções mais eficientes e fazer entregas de valor.

Competências Técnicas e pré-requisitos:

  • Superior Completo em Ciências de Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou cursos de exatas;
  • Experiência profissional de pelo menos 10 anos com programação, trabalhando com desenvolvimento;
  • Vivência como desenvolvedor web na linguagem PHP. (muito importante)
  • Bom entendimento de WordPress, já ter criado um plugin ou tema é um plus.
  • Conhecimento AWS; ( não precisa muita coisa, temos Devops)
  • Conhecimento em PHP 7.2 e acima;
  • PHP com frameworks;
  • Programação Orientada a Objetos;
  • Experiência avançada em MySQL para implementação e otimização de consultas. (Muito importante)
  • Conhecimento em JS/JQuery e outros Frameworks;
  • Conhecimentos sobre controle de versão com GIT;
  • Conhecimentos em ElasticSearch;
  • Experiência com Framework Semantic UI;
