Vio offers a variety of excellent product solutions that compliment travel and non-travel products, and our partner solution program has been a great success since foundation, and in 2026 YTD its growing 300% YoY. You would be joining a rocketship and have the product support to succeed.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to help us scale our efforts in the European market and forge creative, win-win partnerships with the best companies in the space.

Vio is in a position every exceptional sales leader can appreciate: an outstanding product, and a partner solutions team that works hand-in-hand with the product team — making partnerships faster to launch and easier to scale. The challenge? We're still building brand recognition in Europe. Opening doors is the first hurdle; finding the right fit and scaling what works is the next.

We need an exceptional business leader who is fluent in travel distribution — someone who instantly understands how metasearch works, how OTAs differ from one another, and which types of API integrations different partners would benefit from. At the same time, this role is largely about selling outside of the travel industry: targeting general-purpose tech and e-commerce companies that have travel reach but no product of their own. That requires both a strong network in the broader tech space and the ability to rapidly build new connections.

What you will do

- Drive new business by introducing Vio's suite of solutions to tech and e-commerce partners across Europe.

- Take ownership of our existing prospects pipeline and convert prospects into active, long-term partners.

- Uncover new use cases and solutions by listening closely to partner needs, and work cross-functionally to shape what we build next.

Who you are

- A travel industry veteran with experience in accommodation marketplaces — either OTAs or metasearch — or flight distribution.

- A self-starter motivated by commercial success and long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. You have strong skills across tech, data, and legal that allow you to drive most deals to closure independently.
